Weeks of "Confusion and Chaos" in Missouri City

One month after the incident, a cyber attack on the City of Cape Girardeau is still causing "confusion and chaos" as staff attempts to restore city services and networks.

As the dust settles, the city is making plans for future cybersecurity protections.

The city should educate city staff on avoiding emails with suspicious and potentially harmful downloads.
