There are two common reasons:

1. You're an over-achiever  - if you've already completed the your company's Active Course, you get to rest easy until the rest of the bunch catches up!
Remember: your company will advance once 65% of the team has completed the current course. Course advancements occur the following month.

2. Your Email Filters are blocking us - we're nice, we promise! You'll want to check your global Whitelisting (if it's a company-wide issue) or local filtering rules (if it's isolated).
