Halo PSA Integration
Connecting INFIMA to your Halo PSA tenant ensures your user counts are always up to date with daily overnight syncs. The integration automatically creates subscriptions for each mapped client, enabling seamless billing management.
What the Integration Creates
The integration automatically sets up everything you need:
- API Agent for secure API access
- Application with Client ID and Secret for authentication
- Subscriptions for each mapped client
Automatic Subscription Management
Once you map an INFIMA client to a Halo client, INFIMA automatically creates a subscription in Halo PSA. This subscription is updated daily with the current active user count during overnight syncs.
Flexible Configuration
You can modify the following fields in Halo PSA without impacting the integration:
- Descriptions
- Names
- Prices
- Costs
- All other subscription fields
Pro Rata Support
Pro rata calculations are handled directly by Halo PSA, ensuring accurate billing when users are added or removed mid-cycle.
Nightly Sync Process
Syncs occur nightly and update the current active user count for each INFIMA client mapped to Halo PSA. The Last Sync Date field shows the last successful sync, and Halo PSA uses these values for your recurring invoices.
