When the new INFIMA launched in June, we switched on Dark Web Monitoring for every partner as a free preview — three months to watch it flag exposed credentials and walk affected users through the fix across your clients, at no cost. That preview is wrapping up: Dark Web Monitoring becomes a paid add-on starting August 1 or September 1, 2026, depending on when it was rolled out for your account.
Nothing changes in how it works. Monitoring continues uninterrupted, there’s nothing to configure, and your clients won’t notice a thing. Here’s what you need to know.
The details
When does billing start?
On August 1 or September 1, 2026, depending on your account. Your date is shown on your invoice and in your Partner Dashboard.
How do I know my price?
Your pricing is on your invoice and in your Partner Dashboard. If anything there doesn’t look right, reply to the announcement email or contact your account manager.
Will monitoring be interrupted?
No. Monitoring runs uninterrupted through the change — nothing to reconfigure, and nothing your clients or their users will see.
Can I opt out?
Yes. If you don’t wish to continue, disable the add-on in your Partner Dashboard before your billing date and you won’t be charged.
Is it white-label?
Yes. Like the rest of the platform, it runs under your brand — the alerts and guidance your users see come from you, not from us.
I’m not using it yet — how do I add it?
Switch it on from your Partner Dashboard, or book a demo and we’ll walk you through it across your clients first.
What you’re getting
A quick refresher on what the add-on does: INFIMA monitors known breach databases, and when a user’s credentials appear in one, it emails that user directly — CC’ing you if you’d like — with a link that walks them through exactly what to do, plus an acknowledgement button to confirm once they have. The exposure gets handled and documented without becoming a ticket in your queue, and a flagged breach feeds that user’s risk score. The same watch runs for every user in every client you manage.
It’s also a service your clients understand and value — dark web monitoring is easy to explain, easy to sell, and because the fix is automated, it adds protection without adding to your workload. The full picture is on the Dark Web Monitoring page.
