Texas HB 3834 Models Security for States

Last June the State of Texas passed HB 3834, taking an important step in securing government networks and protecting employees and residents.

As the state tackles its cyber security risks, a critical program that requires annual Security Awareness Training for government employees and contractors.

Importantly, the state tasked a team with managing approvals of vendor security programs and published guidelines for vendors to follow in seeking approval. This straightforward process relieves the burden on state and local government offices as they seek out qualified programs for their employees and contractors.

INFIMA proudly supports Texas organizations as an approved vendor, and we hope to work with other states in crafting similar programs.

To comply with ease as the deadline approaches, Texas government offices are turning to INFIMA's fully automated Cyber Security Training.
