Pagination
Every list accepts limit (default 100, max 500) and cursor. The response carries data (the page) and page (next_cursor, has_more). Pass next_cursor back as cursor to get the next page. Offsets and totals are gone: totals are expensive to compute on large clients and were wrong past 1,000 rows in v1.
Filtering
Lists that return time-ordered records accept since and until (RFC 3339). Lists of mutable objects accept updated_since so you can sync deltas.
Sorting
Where supported, sort=field or sort=-field for descending.

The same loop works for every list. This one pages through GET /v2/clients.
